The Borneo Cultures Museum or BCM, is scheduled to open its door to the public in April 2021. This new museum will be the second largest in South East Asia, ready to showcase to the world some of Borneo’s best collections.

IMPACT is privileged to be the contractor for the museum’s main gallery, children’s gallery and arts and crafts gallery totaling approximately 70,000 square feet of floor space.

Among others, our scope of work consists of interior fit out, museum showcase, display lighting, audio visual production and equipment supply, interactive multimedia content production, custom built components and many more.

Museum requirements such as conservation standards for sensitive artifacts and artifacts display requirements are among the unique features here. Detailed planning and technical reviews involving specialists, client and our team are essential before any actual physical work commences.

Project of this nature requires meticulous planning, proper coordination and strict quality assurance mechanism in place in order to make it a success.
